Welcome to Caribbea, your gateway to seamless event management! We're excited to guide you through the process of posting and promoting your events effortlessly. Our platform empowers you to reach a wider audience and create unforgettable experiences for your attendees. Whether you're hosting a concert, festival, or any gathering, Caribbea has got your back. How to create and post an event

Getting Started on Caribbea:


  1. Visit https://www.caribbealive.com.
  2. Click on "Sell Tickets."


Creating Your Account:

  1. Fill out the registration form:
    • Enter your Email.
    • Create a Password.
    • Provide your First & Last Name.
    • Select your Country.
    • Enter your Business/Website Name.

  1. Choose "Which one best describes you?" from the drop-down list.
  2. Select "Expected Annual Sales Value" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Create a unique business web address by choosing a one-word name to replace "YourBusinessName" in the URL.
  4. Choose a plan that suits your needs.
  5. Check the box to confirm you are over 18 years of age.
  6. Click on "I Agree To Terms & Sign Up."
  7. You'll be directed to a confirmation page where you can see your website URL.
  8. Click on the link provided to proceed.


Setting Up Your Web Page:

  1. Click "Next" on the box that reads "Start with Quick Design."
  2. Choose your web page theme and colors that match your style and hit "Next."
  3. You can upload a logo now or do it later. Click "Next."
  4. Select the pages you want for your website. "Tickets," "Reviews," "Contact Us," and "About Us" are recommended. You can customize or delete these later. Click "Add pages & Finish."


Adding Your Event:

  1. To add your event, go to "Control Panel" on the top left, then select "Events & Venues," and click "Events."
  2. Click "Add a New Event."
  3. Fill in Event Title, Currency, and check "It Is An Online Event" if applicable. Choose "General Admission" or "Assigned Seats."
  4. Select the Special Event Type (Optional).
  5. Enter venue name and address, choose the country and time zone. Click "Save Venue."
  6. Set the event start date, start time, and duration. You can also define the start and end time for ticket sales. Click "Save."
  7. Navigate to the "Delivery & Returns" tab. You can leave this as is or adjust if needed. Click "Save."


Adding Tickets:

  1. Click on the "Pictures & Videos" tab to upload a flyer and video. Click "Save."
  2. Proceed to the "Tickets" tab. Add ticket prices by clicking "Add a Price Level." Follow the steps to set the price, ticket availability, and more.
  3. Use the cost calculator to determine the final ticket price.
  4. Specify the number of tickets available for each price level.
  5. Click "Add Price Level" and choose "No" if there's no variation for this ticket.
  6. Add as many price levels as needed. Click "Save" at the bottom left.


Adding Event Details:

  1. Go to the "Details" tab and add a compelling event description. Everything on this tab is optional; fill in what you prefer. Click "Save."


Promote Your Event:

  1. In the "Promote" tab, choose whether you'd like Caribbea's assistance in promoting your event for an additional fee.
  2. Find various promotional tools like a ticketing page link, short ticketing homepage link, and ways to embed the ticketing section on your site.
  3. You get 1 free email newsletter per week.
  4. Click "Save."


Final Touches:

  1. In "Control Panel" on the top left, go to "Accounts & Settings," then "Site Settings."
  2. Click on "Ads & Promotions" and choose whether to opt in or out of running Ads on Caribbea platforms.
